Re: Game thread, cumulative…
Hard to take much, if anything from this game, with all the players out. But we did get an all-important W.
Damn shame we have a back-to-back. I'd rather sit Luka for this one. But I feel it's a winnable game. I think I go with sitting him. Doubt they will.....but he had a fairly long injury back in Dec. Let's not run the guy ragged. The W would be nice, but not that nice. We can get it back somewhere else.

I took little from last night, and I'll take even less from tonight.
Nice to see Knecht, and Bronny had decent games. Otherwise....let's just move on.

I was at this freakin game. First time going w my wife and nephew together paid half a grand, and ultimately ended up watching a worthless g league game against the bucks. At least we saw giannis.

Yeah, sorry to hear that....what a bummer.
Seeing Giannis is cool though. It's small silver lining...but at least there was that. And hey....Bronny scored 17. Maybe in 5-6 years, when he's tearing up the league, you'll have seen his "arriving" game.
Doubtful....but you never know =0)

Oh yeah we still had a lot of fun. It was an exciting nite, moreso I'm happy my young nephew is getting memories of his uncle and aunt taking him to a laker game since he is a big laker fan. Also I enjoy any chance I get to have a nite out date with my wife. We were cheering for bronny a lot last nite. The crowd was getting real hyped up over him. We were also cheering for Alex len.
From my estimation bronny will be a very serviceable guard/defender in NBA I don't give a care what all the Bron haters are saying right now about bronny, they haven't watched him play in the game. Unfortunate lot of these general board guys quick to make an opinion based on box score, what media/ESPN says, and or just regurgitating what the previous person said.

Knect did not have a good game. He looked struggled and was shutdown the bucks defense all nite until they freed him up on defense when it was already garbage time. That's when all his shots went in.

I learned my lesson before, so I check and AVOID buying tickets on a 2nd game of back to backs.
It's not a fool proof concept but there's a lesser chance of that happening if they have 1-2 days rest before the game.

Re: Game thread, cumulative…
Bron seems to be ‘idling it’ a bit since his return. Don’t blame him. Seems like they are all waiting for something. Where did the focus go after half-time, last two games?

I believe the beginning of the Luka era, needs to have an earlier start. In other words, The Egos and LeBron support system may say, Lukas Time and Era should start when LeBron leaves. However, it may be the case where it needs to start now. Like defer now. Like get in the corner and be a spot up shooter now. Like Luka needs to take over games now. Like LeBron, your time is at an end....right now

Re: Game thread, cumulative…
The old man just got back from an almost serious injury which can recur at any sudden movement.
I understand he doesnt want to reinjure himself so he would not choose to do certain things on defense and such to just get back into the swing of things when he can be more confident later.
He was a recipient of Luka's offensive push prior to the injury.
Why cant people just remember the past a bit before we type??

This. And I think Bron would enjoy that.

The defense is back on track! Good win over a good team on the road (with an injured LBJ).

Yeah, was gonna say the same thing. We kinda pulled it outa the hat last night...so only fair to get bit tonight. What can you do? The guy hit a half-court shot...good on him.

There is a pattern to our losses and late game breakdowns in Execution. This is where the Coach comes in and applies the repairs and fixes
