This one is difficult for me personally but it really does hit all the spots.

I've suggested this one that my beloved stumbled across a while ago to a few folks who have all been pretty positive about it, very gentle ease in to things and only 10 minutes. As with most things like this consistency is key, if you can make time for it every morning you'll see improvements relatively quickly.

Anyone here had frozen shoulder?

I dislocated my shoulder in early February, and at my last PT appointment I just got diagnosed with it. I cannot lift my arm fully above my head or to the side. Given the timelines I've seen online, I'm pretty bummed, since i lift daily and play basketball/volleyball. Was wondering if anyone had the condition and anything they did that helped alleviate it?

Never had an airline not let me board until I put my bag of pretzels into my backpack lol. They take the 2 items thing seriously I guess.

What airline? Frontier and Spirit are notorious for that.

Made this shrimp ceviche for dinner yesterday. Super tasty and very simple. "Lime-cooking" raw shrimp made me nervous, but after ~25 minutes in the fresh squeezed lime juice, it was pink and tender and I'm still alive to tell the tale.

Believe it or not, Delta. Minor inconvenience just seemed silly. Still my favorite airline.

That's crazy. I've watched people bring full meals onto the airline before.

Anyone here have an LG fridge? We have a new one that was delivered in January. Water and ice coming from the dispenser has a musty/old taste and smell. Water line to the fridge is PEX food grade line wrapped in braided stainless steel.

I thought the fridge water filter was installed correctly but when I remove it it’s bone dry. LG sent me a replacement filter and same thing, bone dry. Seems like the water is bypassing the filter, so I’m assuming the filter isn’t installed correctly. People online say they’ve really had to force turn the water filter another 1/8 inch or so, but it honestly feels like I’m going to break the filter housing if I twist any harder.

I had a similar filter on a Samsung fridge. Push the tube in and twist it to the right. It was snug but it was evident it couldn't turn any further. If you're still under warranty I would have someone come out.

Had a couple LG and Samsung fridges in my day. Never again. Current home is LG not by choice, but the filters are essentially threaded and it doesn't turn that much.

Off topic, but does anyone have a traditional pasta salad recipe they swear by? For whatever reason warmer weather gives me a hankering for pasta salad and store bought just doesn't cut it.

My wife is 30 weeks pregnant and we’ve been thinking about a weekend getaway before the baby arrives.

We live in Milwaukee and are looking for something somewhat close by, nothing longer than a 3-4 hour drive.

Any suggestions would be appreciated.

It's offseason, but I'd still recommend Door County if you've never been. Or if you have.

Yea, I’ve been a bunch of times. She’s from Portugal and we haven’t made it up there since she moved here, so maybe this is the play.

I'd never heard of it before a few years ago, but had an ex who had it before I knew her. I know it was fixed and not an issue anymore, so something for sure can be done. I don't recall for sure, but my best memory is it wasn't surgery or anything big that fixed or helped. I think it was just physical therapy and time.
