We clinched the post season and got the 7th seed. If we would have won last game it would have helped strengthen that 7th seed.

Since moving into the rotation on March 14th (8 games, 5-3 record), Caleb Houstan is 20-32 from 3PT :o

Caleb has a team option for next season for just $2,187,699.

I assume the Magic will be picking that up for sure.

This is a great "find an unsustainable stat"... hopefully he can be a 40+% shooter though.

Caleb makes it easier to move on from Jett. Give Jett’s spot to a draft pick?

I would. The $5.5m we give Jett is too much to waste on a player who hasn't proved he can play NBA ball in 2 years.

I'm not buying it yet. would be nice to have a dependable sniper though.

But he already kinda is. so far in his career here in 3 seasons he averages 37% from PT, considering this is all he does its reasonable to expect that % will go higher. the question is how he fits?

Clayton Jr feeds like a Payton Pritchard type player.

I haven't watched much College basketball but I do not understand how he's a mid-to-late 2nd round talent.

At his price point, it'd take quite a bit more to give up on him, imo. I like having him.

Pritchard was drafted 26th. Both are 6'2" 190 lb PGs. Brunson drafted 33rd and is 6'2" 190.

I guess at that size and older, that's the range you get picked.

Jett sucks but I don't care what Houston's contract is, I want no part of any player who can do only one thing. Have we learned nothing from bringing guys like Cole back?

His shooting right now is obviously a fluke, and he offers nothing outside of it. No thanks, lets get some guys in here who can play the actual game of basketball, not just be really good at HORSE.

Was there in person for this one. It rocked.

I loved the 5 pm start time, too

Players like Houstan are on every good team. Hauser on the Celtics, Merrill on the Cavs.
