I’ve let go of the dream for a top 5 pick this year.

At this rate, we’re heading to the playoffs, lol. You can feel the vibe of a Spo-coached team toward the end of the season.

We’re about to upset the Cavs 8-)

We still have a shot to host a white hot play in game. Only one back from the Bulls

Jeez. This shooting wont continue but one can’t help but wonder what our record would look like had Spo done the obvious (stop playing Terry & JJJ heavy minutes) sooner….I don’t recognize this squad lol

What over achieving? Other than Golden State, the Heat are just beating the bottom of the league. After beating the Wizards, they're gonna get destroyed 3 games in a row, then win the last 4 games which are against the bottom of the league. Although the Chicago game is iffy.

About to be tied in about 10 minutes. If we have the same record as then to close the winner of our final matchup snags home court

Honestly that was most likely a mandate from the front office. Spo has done alot of dumb things this season but this one is not on him.

Could be both complicit but i could definitely envision Arison saying he don’t want 25 mil per sitting on the bench.

Don't know about that....I am no basketball savant....but I have felt for a while this team's parts are much better than the actual production.

Far too many useful NBA players on this team to be loosing like they were, odds are this is a better team than what it might have looked like during the loosing streak.

I don't buy it this franchise always wants to win even if it's not good for them as we're seeing now. He benched Duncan and his money before. Spo gave Rozier 40 min not that long ago in a game! Bam and Herro don't even hardly ever see that . I think not having much in the way of scoring and of PGs on the roster played a part though. However Spo is the one who champions being positionless, but even he wants an actual PG when it comes down to it. We just don't have much there. But he pushed playing him even after we picked up Mitchell and that to me was inexcusable. Spo has been pretty much free to do whatever he wants for a long time now.

Giving Terry more minutes than Bam in that Cavs game he was dominating was a wild decision  only player with 40+ minutes

He needs to be the permanent backup wing from here on out. The JJJ tenure here is coming to a close.

C Kelel Ware C
PF/C Bam Adebayo PF Nikola Jovic PF KJ
SF Andrew Wiggins SF Pelle Larrson
SG Tyler Herro SG
PG PG Davion Mitchell

*SF Duncan Robinson(9.8 million guaranteed ETO) 10 million in cap savings. Either restructure 2 yr 20 million dollar deal with team option next year or carry the 9.8 million dead cap hit for year. Duncan can take his 9.8 million and test the market for another deal. His contract will not be traded due to tax implications next year and the 10 million needed for cap flexibility.

PG Terry Rozier(24-26 million expiring)

PF Kyle Anderson(9.7 million expiring)

SF Haywood Highsmith(5.6 million expiring)

C Kevin Love(4.1 million expiring)

SF Jaime Jaquez Jr(3.8 million with extra year at 5.9)

*45 million in tradeable contracts

*Potential for 2025 lottery pick 8-12 range(Will need to keep this prospect)

*Own 2025 GSW pick(Most likely flipped in trade for proven vet)

*If no lottery pick this year 2026 pick own, 2027 protected lottery with rollover to 2028, 2029,2030,2031, 2032. (2 tradeable 1st in this time period starting 2029)

Doubt it, bro. I don't think Arison is going around telling the best coach in the world on who to play. This is most likely entirely Spo's doing lol.
