I will say that Florida loses to whoever wins tomorrow.

And my predictions have been terrific recently. /s

You might be right, they looked pretty bad today against Tech's physicality. Clayton is a gamer, though. Got too cute with my large pool money bracket and picked Florida over Duke, now I'm sitting in 1st wishing I just picked Duke.

I've been looking at Flagg as a big and been underwhelmed by a physical standpoint. Flame me if you want, but he looks like what Ben Simmons was supposed to be. He's not a big, he's a 3/4. Re-arranged my thinking. I don't rate him as a year-in, year-out top 5 guy, but I think he'll thrive regardless of situation.

I think he's a really classic 3. And I think he'd be closer to a 2 than a 4. But yeah, once he's not 18 anymore and has some more strength on him, throw him on defense at whoever is the opponent's best 2-4 offensive weapon. Maybe some 1's too with the way he guarded Sears a few times tonight (though Sears won't be a premier NBA 1, obviously).

He's a suped up AK-47 with offensive polish. He's gonna be pretty, pretty good.

Yeah, this was a comparison that I had in my subconscious. He's going to be able to do a lot of stuff and he's going to be able to do that stuff while scoring.

I'm fuzzy on his ceiling, but he has a real high floor.

ETA: will be referring to him as Copper Flag. This could be the next Heidl.

That’s a good comp. There is a little Durant in there also. Big O has sold me.

This is where I was at coming into the year too and it hasn't changed much, other than my confidence in it and him has grown a lot. He's really, really impressive. I'm curious to see how Pippen-esque he can be. That's who he plays like I think, but it's quite lofty.

Flagg has a bit of Pippen potential imo. He isn’t a Batman but an elite Robin. But he’s only 18. Sky is the limit for him in terms of what he could be.

Duke wins it all. Imo.

Flagg is such a smart player. Incredible feel. Incredible competitor.

If he can become a 37%ish 3 point guy he's a multiple all NBA player.

ImO of course.

Yeah, he's so fluid and smart offensively on top of his elite defensive skill and effort. And a good kid. Total package, albeit not a surefire superstar generational type.

Just imagine AK if he could shoot and gave a ****.

Flagg just turned 18.

He's the 3rd best prospect since LeBron.

Actually, I don't see him as unstoppable. He's water. He finds his level.

He's not a force of nature player. I don't think he has one overwhelming physical trait. He's a plus athlete, for sure, but not blessed with anything at the absolute tip-top of the charts.

Makes him a super interesting prospect.

Ironically, my 4th daughter and I are watching "Trading Places " at this very moment.

Depends which Duke.

I'm a Mortimer guy myself.

Brow: c'mon now, AD was waaaaaaay more of a prospect

Durant

I think he's a Cade/Chet sort of player.

Banchero is more immediately impressive.imo too.

People forget about Greg Odon. Injuries will do that.

I think people may also forget about Oden because his archetype doesn’t really exist anymore. Would have been interesting to see how he was used If he did hit and didn’t get injured. Ayton, I guess?
