He will miss either 4 games (Nets, ATL and 2×LAC) or 5 (LAL) if they choose to leave room to sign Edwards also.

So is there any chance that Brandon Williams can play if the team makes the playoffs or is he done for the playoffs too?

Told you he's going to fall back down. Law of averages. 3 out of 12 from 2 pt range and 0% from 3. -14 for the game. How these guys managed to hunt Luka and the lakers for 2 games I have no idea.

That being said, Dinwiddie's game is scheduled to come back down to Earth anytime soon again.

Mavs play defense. Lakers don't. Luka is a cone.

Lakers played good defense vs Bulls until the end. Bulls were making some crazy contested shots including the very last one. Lakers also went 32-17 in the 3rd Q when Bulls hunted Doncic but he played good defense and his playmaking made huge difference. Lakers could have won the game but Lebron completely left his guy wide open on the 3pt shot and then botched the inbound play. Bulls scored exactly the same amount of points vs Mavs as they did vs Lakers.

Also, check Lakers starters +/- in that game if you think one specific player was the problem.

The game before the Lakers lost to the Bulls 146-115. They played twice in a week.

Luka-Reaves-Lebron is one of the worst defensive back court in NBA history and Luka is the best defender there

Yes, on Oct 10th they will be able to sign him, if they wait till Oct 12th, they will be able to sign him and one of Edwards/Jones.
Then they can play in playin/PO

I’d love to see them resign Jones too but if Gafford and Lively are coming back it might be best to sign to sign Edwards and Williams.

For real. The only reason i would still watch a Mavs game was because of BWill. He was one of my favorites since early season. And i keep sounding like a broken record but if Nico just left the roster intact, this team would go back to the finals 100%. Like you said, feels like we aged 10 years in the past couple of months because of all the BS that went down.
