The game between Michigan State and Mississippi earlier in the night averaged 6.71 million viewers with a 3.3 rating. The Tennessee-Kentucky matchup averaged a 1.5 rating with 3.56 million viewers.
Last year's Sweet 16 matchup between Duke and Houston averaged a 3.8 rating with 7.33 million viewers.
