Rashford said: "It's only short term that I'm here so I want to make the most of my time here. The only way I can do that is by using my attributes and skillsets to help the team."
He'll live in Manchester and commute to Villa for training and games.
There's a multitude of players across the premier league that don't live near their club.
I'm not concerned by his statement, because if he doesn't put in the work and play well, it's hurting him further. And if he plays well, it helps us in the short term. Villa were hesitant to buy players in this window, as they'd prefer to do their bigger business in the summer window. Asensio and Rashford add great depth and competition to the squad, and if neither work out, no long term harm done. IF either play really well, it will be a great boost for Villa.
