GT #76: Kings @WIZ 7pm 4/2/2025

A Wizards loss would mean the 76’ers can not finish the season with a record lower than Washington. Leaving only the Pelicans & Hornets with a chance to pass the Wizards in losses.

The Jazz having lost to the Hornets are 1 ahead of the Wizards in the loss column.

The Kings have lost 6 of their last 7 games. I don’t think their fans were expecting this after they acquired LaVine & traded Fox.

Currently in 10th place in the West & looking at going on the road into the playin. Some King fans are throwing in the towel for this season and looking at draft position. Fortunately I don’t believe the Kings are ready to go all in & tank yet.

Let’s hope for a Kings win!

The wizards can still finished tied or ahead of UT
by losing out. We have one more game to play
than they have. We have to out-tank and lose
to the 6ers. The rest of our games we should
lose even if we weren't tanking.

Sacramento is in 10th place, one game ahead of Phoenix. Fans may want them to tank, but players aren't going to tank if they're this close to the playoffs.

Also, Sacramento is really good at dispatching awful teams. Their collective record against Utah, Charlotte, Washington and New Orleans is 9-1. They should win comfortably.
