Just tune in everyone home opener and at the trade deadline where Mark A sits in his field level seats and gets his PR Run to talk about being in the red every year and that he is struggling to keep his team afloat and that they may or may not take on salary. He does this every year. Billionaires crying poor.

I agree that his public speaking is often dumb and makes things worse then they should be. I'm talking from purely a numbers perspective here though. Many fans say Mark A and the ownership group could spend more on the team, but these numbers seem fine if we assume the Forbes report is accurate. Unless we expect the ownership group to not turn a profit. They don't seem to be turning an excessive amount of profit, in fact they seem to be right around league average which is fine imo

This is where i agree. He paints the brewers as somehow struggling to make it in MLB. In my opinion, it bothers me when he cries poor all the time. it is what turns me off and i won't buy any brewers merch/tix because we have a billionaire owner crying poor. He is going to make hundreds if not over a billion when he sells, so if he loses 20-50 mil in a given season, it really isn't much when you consider he is going to get his money back 1000000000x over.
As a fan, it just sucks knowing the brewers have zero shot at any free agent and will probably never keep a superstar here long term unless they sign guys super early and bypass arby.

this is a MLB issue and until a cap is implemented (it will never be) it will be an issue.

Poor mark Now wants to buy a part of Benfica. Since i hate Benfica i hope he does and is as cheap as he is with the Brewers

He's older than Manfred and will be 72 then. I can see where the other owners would want a puppet though.
I'm against picketing but I don't know how to show it.

Looks like Elvin Rodriguez has been penciled in as the starter for the home opener Monday. No word on Tuesday. Tuesday would be 4 days rest for Peralta but he's scheduled for Wednesday.

Guessing Alexander gets Tuesday, he pitched one inning on Thursday and that would be 4 days rest for him.

Not sure what to expect from Rodriguez. Doesn’t look like has had much MLB experience and not really a highly touted prospect.

Civale to the injured list. The Brewers had almost no margin for error coming into the season and everything has gone wrong.

Looks like we're going to see some of the AAA guys sooner rather than later. We're down to
two healthy starters and one of those could barely get anyone out in his first start. Good times

If we're anywhere near .500 after April I'd consider it a huge success.

I imagine we're gonna see Logan Henderson, Chad Patrick, and Carlos Rodriguez making starts this spring.

The Brewers are currently down their 2(Cortes), 3(Civale), 4(Myers), 5(Woodruff), 6(Quintana), 7(Hall), & 8(Ashby) in the rotation. I get injuries happen but this is a little ridiculous

And that doesnt even count Gasser

I don’t love the sound of that for Cortez. Durban better be good or that trade sucked.
