You took the risky route and doubled down on supportive stars in your first picks in a shallow pool while being bottom pick. With some potential drops, it could've worked out better, but hard to count on drops in a shallow pool.

I thought I could wait with Cousins for round 8. Instead he wasn't even available for me at 5th.

Yeah, I was so focused on the lack of defensive bigs that I thought there was merit to grabbing two of them. My team isn't a complete bust but it is clearly worse than some others.

Boy did I screw this up, I genuinely didn't think anyone had the room or fit for Webber.

I was going to go either Webber or Cousins.

But I know cousins and davis worked well irl and cousins is a bit cheaper too.

your turn Larry

Definitely a unique pool of players. Not the draft position I wanted but oh well.

Just a reminder that per the original ruleset- each time you utilize a PQN, you lose one FGA/G for your team. So you now have 86.

But my defense is awesome, got awesome size, and 3pt shooting around Hill/Davis with PatBEv, Battier and Boogie all taking and making them.

I was personally just thinking about how much I hated your team but how much I love this draft so far

Yep, I think we hit just the right level of depth and new faces. Could do Sweet Sixteen from a prior year if we ever wanted a Part 2.

well that **** sucks.

I deleted out my lists of players so now I have to go do a bunch or research again to find a backup forward because I was misquoted...

So lets recap:

1) You saw that you among multiple other people were quoted within the same quote. Yeah, that wasn't ideal, but it was visibly ambiguous who had been quoted and it's something people do all the time.
2) You picked without checking the board to see that it was indeed you who was up.
3) You deleted your entire list.

See the first word in each of those steps? :D

Tough pool but I like my team. 3&D s and center were both tough here.

I like my resulting SGA Drexler team, but I wasn't sure in the beginning whether to pick AD or SGA first, and that seems like an ever more legitimate dilemma in retrospect. AD Clyde would've been a great leading duo as well but I didn't know Clyde would fall, talent wise he should've been gone earlier.

Anyhow I had my doubts about the pool but overall it was quite fun. Lots of talent still on board, and I considered a bunch of lesser used guys for my center, including Cousins. Or even some great PFs with Lively starting - still some available.
