GT #78: WIZ @Celtics 6pm 4/6/2025

Post#1 » by BearlyBallin » Sun Apr 6, 2025 5:43 am

Bub went off last game and score a career high 32 points with 9 rebounds and 7 assists. His 3 ball has been dropping for him the last 2 games. Here’s hoping for Bub & the Wiz Kids to continue playing well, but still manage to lose.

The Celtic have clenched a playoff spot behind the Cavaliers. They can’t drop down in the standings regardless of a win or loss. In other words they may choose to rest their starters. Especially if the Cavaliers have a big lead over the Kings by the half.

Wizards need a Celtic win!

A little surprised we are 20.5 point underdogs. That’s an absurd number

While I certainly want them to lose, games of utter
futility justify the derisive way we are thought of.

Wow... close game! :)

I don't think anyone w/ working brain cells has derisive thoughts about the Wizards any more. The pathetic old era is gone! We are obviously taking the right path, doing the appropriate things.

Among them --
I note another excellent game from Justin Champagnie. He got almost half the team's rebounds tonight; & more than half our offensive boards. Posted a 68.2% TS%.

That kid just shows up & plays.

I like Champagnie too but BOS made us
look completely inept. I've been watching
that movie too long.
