But man, I feel so confident when we need a clutch bucket from him.

He was thinking of you when he made that shot.

The most precious takeaway of this game is, we are finally back as full team before postseason!

he really had a great year scoring. but it is such a small window. i understand the hesitation. i have it too to be honest.

but if brunson was off and i had to rely on either kd or kat to carry us in a crucial moment in the playoffs, it would be hard for me to believe that kat would be the more reliable option.

Towns swept him last year

KAT held him to 41.2% from the field, he had the second most matchup mins with KD in the playoffs, while McDaniels was getting cooked at 69%. Also, KAT shot 54% from the field when KD was guarding him.

Killed the nets. 2 years destroying the suns. 0 playoffs wins there. Come kill the knicks!

You're assigning blame to the wrong player

IDK I feel like we seen this scenario..... like a dozens times and it ends with the kjnicks being a laughing stock

Happy to see the team finally at full strength but I was looking to see how Brunson performed on that ankle. I understand there will be some rust and it will take time to get back up to speed but I don't remember him even really testing that ankle. He plays a very herky-jerky type of game that requires a lot of change of direction and speeds. His comfort level and effectiveness with changing directions is something that I would keep an eye leading into the postseason.

so it's ok in there ? what's with all these rules ? we don't need no stinking rules. we can police this place the way we've always done by bullying and shaming our fellow contributors into compliance. the way god intended.

One of the takeaways I took from this game was Brunson pushing the pace. The team excelled playing uptempo while Brunson was out. I’m glad Brunson saw this and continued pushing the pace.

Schedule ended up so crazy with Bucks vs. Pistons their last two games of the regular season.

We may not know whom we're facing until the last game.
