No help from any team so far. Besides DEN, #2 seed to #8 see all had winning streaks of 2 games and more with GSW @5, LAC @4. Let's hope Toppin beat DEN tonight and HOU beat GSW.

Very unlikely. Houston quite secure at 2nd spot so they won't give 100% and Toppin is good only against us :)

Looks pretty possible right now. Possible after tonight there will be 5 teams with 32 losses in the West.

Nuggets lose for 32nd loss of the year. GSW down 7 heading into the 4th quarter. If Rockets hold on there will be 5 teams with 32 losses.

OKC looks soft. I don't think they will get out of the West.

Right this second we are in 5th. If the Rockets win tonight we move to 4th.

Looks like LAL or GSW if they win this game will be the 3 seed. If Houston holds on LAL look to be in great shape.

I don't think so....Nuggets have played one more game. If all 5 teams have same record we would win the tie-breaker. Minus the Rockets I'd have to look at it.

You are funny. OKC is deadly. Even as a bit less battle tested in terms playoff bb, they will be favored heavily no matter who they go against

Lakers need to lose 3 of 4 to not get 3rd. One of those is Portland. Dallas is a back to back, but if they sit everyone front end and concede the OKC game, essentially all they need is to beat either Dallas or Houston to secure 3rd.

The last two games they looked awful...and they are soft. I don't think they will get out of the West. I think it is -135 right now...I wouldn't bet $135 to win $100 on them. Go ahead if you think it's such a sure thing.

You are correct. Nuggets have an extra win. Take Denver out of the 4 way tie and GSW has 6 wins (3 against us 3 against MEM,) and 5 losses ( 3 against LAC, 1 against us, 1 against MEM,) we are 4 wins (3 against LAC and 1 against GSW. I need to dig deeper to know the other records. Will edit to update.

Edit: Memphis is 3-6 against the other 3. Clippers are 6-3, Warriors at 6-5, and Wolves are 4-5.

5th Clippers
6th Warriors
7th Wolves
8th Memphis.

I think if GSW lose this game (they are down 13 with less than 4 minutes), LAC (6-3) go to 5, Warriors (6-5) go to 6, Wolves (4-5) go to 7 and Grizzlies (3-5) would be 8 based on head to head games against each other.

LAC does not have 8. They lost 3 to us, and won 6 against the other 2.

At the end of the day, if our goal is to win the west, we have to beat whoever is in front of us. I personally think our best avenue is okc in the wcf, but however it goes down, it goes down. We have to show up.
