I think Larry just saved me from a Snell bench. That is a tough big three.

I probably was too conservative with George.
Comments to rationalize bad contracts -
1) It's less than the MLE
2) He can be traded later
3) It's only __% of the cap
4) The cap is going up
5) It's only __ years
6) He's a good mentor/locker room guy

I obviously could not have picked him in round 2 even if I'd remembered him at that stage, but knowing of him may have impacted my decision to take Wilt in round 1.

I'm guessing that's who Fade meant too. He fits with Magic and is an option closed to Fade- he didn't express any hope of getting him anyway.

I'd have also considered him over Butler in DB's case, maybe even over West in Dr P's case (though Kawhi/West is damn near perfect and hard to second guess).

I still like Wilt/Nash but am unsure I can get the right pieces around them. This round is critical.

I wanted Luka when I went Butler over Erving, and also had the Tracy route in my head. Ended up picking Reggie but if he wasn't available, I would've gone Tracy.

Sent my two man list to Fade. I will be back for my Round 5 pick.

GM getting Paul/Doncic/Shaq without using coach or 3pt looks pretty nice.

I have three MVPs and still have either my coach or three category open but still think I misplayed the draft board.

Deep draft.

Stan going AWOL really threw out the balance. It was already pretty loaded with 10 people.

Yeah my original projection after pick one had Nash going a few spots before me. I expected to choose among players like Ray Allen and TMAC for pick 2.

We ended up with some team compositions that shouldn’t have been possible.

Not to name drop, but based on teams picks so far (positions and categories) seems almost certain that a certain Biblical MVP will go undrafted.

I like T Mac with Wilt and Nash a lot.

Do the early Hornets count as the Pelicans because of roster continuity? Or are we using bbref 2002 cutoff?
