The Nuggets ownership has won titles in the NHL (Avalanche), NFL (Rams) and NBA in three consecutive seasons and owns Arsenal. They know that feelings aren't involved when you want to win, and they build winners.

I guess but Malone was proven.

Booth makes a lot of sense as they've worsened the team in his tenure.

Booth was just the fall guy for ownership, all his moves were made because ownership didn't want to pay the cost to keep KCP/Brown on the team, so they had to try and find guys in the back end of the first round to fill holes. He had a big whiff on Nnjai, but Braun was a home run.

I know Kroenke is cheap, but Calvin was out here operating like the players he was losing were easily replaceable, was even doing interviews **** on those players when they left while bigging up Payton and Braun

Braun is excellent, he was the 21st pick, and Watson was the 30th. Finding two rotational guys where they picked is great work, I agree he shouldn't have acted like KCP was easy to replace, but the Team owner is to blame for them not having KCP, Braun and Watson altogether. They didn't want to spend, and they are where they are because the GM has to build around a tight wallet.

Losing guys on a championship team is the owner's fault and nobody elses.

I've always said if you want to fire Thibs, it should only be for a proven upgrade. I guess I can live with Malone if it ever happens. But we still need to fix the roster no matter who the coach is, that's my stance.

I can't remember even a coach of a bad team getting fired at this stage of the season let alone a playoff coach.

Taylor Jenkins got fired the other day.

Some choice words must have been said.

Either way, that's two potential interview candidates Malone is a championship coach.

We’ve also paid every damn caa guy that’s come through here so where does the buddy stuff end and the basketball begin???. At some point we need a basketball gm and not an agent looking to get his guys paid in the from office. We’ve been used up for 5 going on 6 years now.

That’s what I’m saying, then being friends is only going to hurt the franchise. Being friends is bad business no matter what your business is. Then we trade for everyone that can give Leon’s son a paycheck. Diabolical business.
