The Bucks had a great culture under Bud. Was it because of Giannis or Bud? I think we have our answer. And I don't necessarily think that's a knock on Bud. The star(s) set the tone.

This. Love watching his highlights. Can't stand watching him play a full game. Grow up.

3 wrongs by the same front office don't make a right. Nobody's stopping them from riding w/ Prunty the rest of the season. The spacing, structure, & rotations were better w/ him those 3 games last season than at any point surrounding up until now.

3 letters argue otherwise.

Thinking today of the former cheerleader who temped in my department at Duke and would launch into a monologue about the G-Man at even a tangential provocation.

I'm cautiously optimistic about KPJ. The talent has never been in question and we saw it last night. We also saw the boneheaded tech. Both him and Bobby on the floor with playoff intensity will definitely keep everyone on the edge of their seat. Not sure he's a building block, but I'd be fine with bringing him back on the cheap. OTOH, we're stuck with Kuzma's 20+ salary for 2 more years. Can't wait for Horst to work his magic of attaching an asset to get rid of him.

Here's a fun exercise! Players from the Wizards I'd replace Kuzma with right now:

The Youth Division: Sarr, Coulibaly, Carrington, George, Jones, Champagnie

The Doesn't Cost over 20 Million Division: Kispert, Bey, Holmes

The At Least We Don't Have to Pay Him Next Year Division: Brogdon

To his credit, Horst did manage to avoid acquiring the contracts of Poole and Smart.

Luka returns to Dallas tonight
I'm against picketing but I don't know how to show it.

Somehow OKC is only favored by 7.5 against Phoenix tonight according to my sports book. Golden State beat them by nearly 40 yesterday (it was worse than the numbers indicated).

Just taking stock of the fact that, in the Parity Era, winning a title immediately generates highly improbable expectations.

Man, Luka in tears on the bench watching his tribute video. Mav fans gonna hate Nico even more after seeing that.

Watching how much Luka obv still cares about Dallas and how much the fans love him… it will never not boggle the mind that they traded him.

Very odd dynamic watching this game. I wanna root for Luka, but **** LA and the bullsh-t trade they somehow pulled off. I wanna root for the Dallas fans because I feel for them, but i also want Nico to be embarrassed even more. Then again, the DAL fans are likely rooting for Luka to go nuclear and would love to see a Mav loss.

14 for Luka in the 1st quarter so far.

This game coverage is so funny because it's 99.9% Luka and also Anthony Davis is here.
