This is a rare occasion we're more disappointed at Giannis' availability than Pat's.

I genuinely despise him. Giannis might've actually been able to beat Pacers without Dame if we just played & started sensible lineups around him. But Doc is going to make 100% sure that doesn't happen. We've completely pissed away 2 years of prime Giannis with utter morons coaching the team.

That's precisely what he did last year when he benched Beasley with a few to go. And Bease performed a lot better than Kuz has. But Doc didn't acquire Bease. He wasn't even here at the time.

There's a lot less excuse for this even than if Giannis weren't available, cuz it would have been hard to figure out who to start at the 4 otherwise. Many are loathe to see the Bobby-Brook combo as well.

Tbf Prince is a SF, in no universe can a 6’6 player guard PFs consistently so it is that, but it’s still nonsensical to have one guard in the starting lineup.

Almost every other team is creative in playing smaller because there is little downside but there is upside to being more mobile but we do the exact opposite and play bigger at the detriment of being less mobile for no upside at all
