NYK will win the first round in 5 or 6.

NYK will lose to BOS in 5 or 6.

Thibs will get canned (finally).

We’ll extend Mikal and make slight upgrades and we’ll be a 56-60 win team next season.

You have to be a very clever or talented team to overcome how soft the league is

It’s an uncontested 3 ball league the end

Knicks not winning that game folks and Fibs is the opposite of clever

Don't think so, I think there is a gear defensively we are going to see come playoff times why do Knick fans want the team to fail so bad?

I'm not sure we can make that assessment off of one game where the Knicks were missing 3 rotation players. I don't know what swapping Hart for Deuce would have accomplished tonight. Your back court would be 6 feet tall. You saw Cade and them post up every Knicks perimeter defender because they are too small.

But Thibs wouldn't put Hart on Cade. Mikal guarded Cade most of the time this year. Hart spent most of the last Pistons game guarding a limited offensive threat in Ausur Thompson and other off-ball players. Thibs tries to hide Hart off the ball defensively as much as possible. He could have attempted the same thing with Deuce this game but he chose not to.

Every time Cade got off the bench, Deuce got off the bench. That is the role Mikal has had much of the year. Thibs would never put Hart in that position. Cade would have had a length and also a quickness advantage over Hart too.

It was interesting to see with 2 starters out along with Mitch that Thibs only played KAT and Brunson 29 minutes each and Mikal 33 minutes. I'm proud of Thibs for not immediately playing the 3 of them 40+ minutes.

Brunson's ankle will be "sore" tomorrow.

KAT will have injury management.

We're trying to get to Cleveland's side of the bracket.

Wonder if Indiana recognizes and tanks themselves?

Avoiding a team in the playoffs is the opposite of a championship mentality. I’d rather just accept we’re not playing well going into the playoffs before I’d want my team to be afraid to face someone.

This is clear as as day to me. I think the coach will stay though. 60 wins next year.
