Flagg
Harper
Bailey
Edgecombe
Fears
Queen
Johnson
Maluach
Knueppel
Jakucionis

I would already bet that's the top ten.

Maybe I'm missing something but what's the appeal of Kasparas Jakucionis for this team?

This is a good board, I guess the only other player who could get in is Jace.

I really hope the raps get Maluach, elite roll man with an amazing catch radius

He looks like he has athleticism issues. He's going to be a jump shooting scorer that doesn't get to the line or the rim. Maybe he gains mass and his body develops further but it's a gamble. I don't know if he's a whole lot better than Walter or Dick.

After the top 5 I think I'd be open to Essengue

Masai is African, Khaman is African. He’s a centre, raptors only position without a young guy is centre. Raps select Maluach. Job done. Lazy is the word.

Hate to say it, since I happen to agree with your approach of leading with statistical evaluation, but you’re wrong on Flagg. He’ll be a superstar.

Feel free to come back to this post in three years.

Depends on your definition of Superstar. I think Top 15 player in the league potential, Flagg definitely has that. Top 5 in the league I'm not so sure.

He’s definitely more in the mold of a 6-15 type superstar than a top 5. But to me I still think he would qualify as a franchise changing “superstar” even if he ends up 6-15. Think of the guys you would put there now, those guys are all deserving of being bonafide #1 overall picks, and obviously you can argue semantics but they mostly fit the superstar bill.

As 2nd round or undrafted, I'd pick/sign Miles Byrd as a depth pieces.

Defensively he's like Thybulle, able to "hover" around the court.

Offencively, he's got a Luka type of "cadance" I don't know if you see it.

I dont know what he could top out as, maybe a good connective player, but I think Darko would be a great coach for him.

Considering each of them was drafted in the lottery and many of them were selected among the first 10 picks, I wouldn't be surprised if Noa Essengue had his name called much earlier than his current draft projections (mid-1st round) and wouldn't be shocked if the Raptors were the team selecting him.

Since TOR was in on Bilal during Gradey's draft, there's no doubt Noa is on our radar at #7 or #8

Just fits the mold of what we target and he's coming on of late

Just wish he was a little bit taller.

You don’t have to wish he was a baller though, prob doesn’t have a 64’ impala either.

I can def see Essnengue working his way into the back-half of top 10 mix, especially if he tests well/shoots the lights out in individual workouts. Outside of Flagg/Harper as the top two, I don't think anything is really set in stone. Teams will want measurements and to get them in the building, especially as it's just one big glut of 2nd/3rd-tier.

Except everything seems to indicate they like centers who have high offensive IQ, good passer and can run offense from the high post. That isn't Malauch. That's more Queen.

I think we are hoping one of the Forward / Centre drops.
Fleming, Beringer, Sorber, Lendeborg, Thiero

There are also some good undraft, such as Amari Williams, who can pass a little bit that works under the Darko system.

Can't say should've been Domantas Sabonis because we won a ship with the trade. Maybe we like Domantas so much that we don't trade him?

Derozan, Valanciunas and 1st pick for Kawhi and Danny Green still gets done, right?

Then does Memphis just take more filler instead of JV in the Gasol trade?

Maybe Vladislav Goldin as a 7'1 backup C?
