Some version of Wright/Kolek should have been our playoff flavor instead of Payne

my 6 year old could tell you that...he sucks as a coach
luckily in the playoffs i think he's only playing 8
he does that with Kat to be fair but Kat isn't a guy that can get his own shot so it doesn't work as well.mpharris36 wrote:drp07644 wrote:Thibs with possibly the worst offensive lineup ever out there in a 4 point game in the 4th quarter
i was saying in the 3rd qtr watch out for this lineup because thibs has no idea how to stagger.
When SGA goes to the bench guess who comes in for OKC...Jalen Williams to have another go to option.
But it takes foresight to sit the starter earlier in the qtr so you can bring them back in to start the 4th...but thibs has no wherewithal.

It's his formula for some reason. It was Deng with the bench in Chicago then it became RJ with the bench here and now it is Hart with the bench at times. I would love for someone to ask what his thought process is when throwing out some of these lineups on the court.

i think it's based on lineup data. he wants the lineups with the best plus minus to play together as much as possible.

He’s like a mini Ben Simmons. No one is guarding him and he never looks to score.

if that was true then why would he play lineups with bad data (hart + precious) so often?
i guess his logic could be maximize the minutes with the best lineup even if that means having some minutes with the worst lineup. instead of balancing it out?
