Playoff eligible, plus the Warriors are classified as a 15-player team for the season. For the CBA, the teams in the league need to average 14.5 players per team or face a financial penalty. Many teams, like the Warriors just did, will sign someone to the 15th spot late in the season. Even on the last day of the regular season.

Sure, it's smart to stay with a 14 man roster as much as you can when you're in the tax.

I thought Knox was the 14th man on the roster?

So many scenarios. Both Warriors and Clippers are motivated.

https://sports.yahoo.com/nba/article/nba-playoff-picture-2025-all-the-wild-west-scenarios-for-the-final-day-of-the-regular-season-164515137.html

Clippers at Warriors (3:30 p.m.)
LAC is the No. 4 seed with a win + DEN loss
LAC is the No. 4 seed with a loss + DEN loss + MIN loss
LAC is the No. 5 seed with a win + DEN win + MIN loss
LAC is the No. 5 seed with a loss + DEN loss + MIN win
LAC is the No. 7 seed with a loss + DEN win + MIN win
GSW is the No. 6 seed with a win or MIN loss
GSW is the No. 6 seed with a loss + DEN loss + MIN loss
GSW is the No. 7 seed with a loss + MIN win

Need a Western Conference seeding bingo card.

The Warriors have had this issue with the Clippers for years. They play small and double and triple Zubac on the catch and it gets everyone else on the Clippers easy gimme shots. If you have to double team an opponents 4th option on offense you are screwed.

They need to play Post and just have him guard Zubac in single coverage.

If Dray is out would be a huge loss defensively.

Might not be too bad to have to go big against the Clippers with Loony and Post.

We all know Butler will step it up a notch. What's good is the youngsters will follow lead.

Return to Golden State Warriors
