I cannot put into words what a waste Patrick Williams is as a player. He was a horrible draft pick and we compounded it by giving him a 5 year deal near $100 million. I'd honestly trade a pick to offload him at this point.

Miami has a big frontcourt with Bam + Ware playing together, I don't think you want either Phillips or Pat against Bam.

The sour grapes on Lauri is something else. If we drafted a player who became as good as him we'd be thrilled we found a franchise player, but actual Lauri just gets shat on.

I'm concerned about our point guard depth heading into the play-in/playoffs. It's sort of reminding me of the Rondo situation. We are down Ayo, Ball, and Young. It would be good to get one back. I don't want to overly rely on Carter in a scenario where Giddey tweaks something or gets in foul trouble.
