What happened to Isaiah Simmons? Talk about looking like he was built in a mad scientist lab. Dude looked like the next big thing coming out of Clemson and has been a huge bust to this point. Is he just not a very smart player? Still only 26 but seems kinda late in the game to really make a full 180 and reach what was once considered an extremely high ceiling. Seems like a low risk/moderate reward on a prove it deal for GB, even as just a special teams player. I don’t hate it. Anyone know how the visit actually went?

I get Quay is a bit of a whipping boy around these parts but let's not act like he's conplete trash and a waste of space. He simply hasn't been consistent with playing up to the expectations that come with being a 1st round ILB but isn't nearly as bad as some would like to say he is

Simmons on the other hand is a bad football player

Coach Drew: "Milwaukee has always been a team that I have been intrigued by. When we played them, they were a tough team for us to play. Although we did beat them all four times"

It would be so huge if Jaire is healthy and motivated this season.

Forgot about Hardman. I don't think he makes the team now with Savion and Golden.

With the Packers not drafting a cornerback early this has got to mean Jaire has a real shot at returning? When the offseason started I would have put those odds at 20%, but maybe both sides are coming around on the fact neither side can do better elsewhere.

It certainly looks that way. We don't really need the extra cap space this year. Hope and pray he stays healthy and productive. Otherwise he's gone a year from now and the extra cap savings is about double what it would be now.

Chances he's motivated to go up against Matthew Golden in practice? 100%
