The New Orleans Pelicans have fired David Griffin as executive vice president. Griffin was hired by the Pelicans in 2019 to replace Dell Demps shortly before they won the lottery to select Zion Williamson.

Tough spot they probably have to move on as they haven't really done anything with Griffin their and he has acquired some talented players on the other hand zion has never been healthy.. Time for a reset though so fair enough
