So any more news on what is going on with Porter? He is "not with the team", but does not seem to be on waivers or cut. Also, it appears he did not break his girlfriends neck but that she has a congenital defect that appears on x-rays to be a break.

That deal means nothing.
She said nothing he did not do it. She is not married to him and if the state had a case they can compel you to testify.
Most of his behavior was a lack of maturity. I am not a fan of his but the jail comment is silly.
