I read this as Claxton initially, was surprised a non-Nets fan has taken notice of Clowney...
He's a hard one to trade because:
- His contract is so small
- He's 21 and won't turn 22 until the middle of July which means he's still young enough to fit the Nets' current timeline.
He can't get you a Tip 10 pick, but unless there was a guy the Nets really loved in the draft he's probably worth more to the team than a bottom 10 pick in the first (you'd basically be drafting someone in that range hoping to get another Clowney)...
