I'm not saying the play-in basketball games will always be bad. That's not a winnable argument. What I am saying is that the concept is useless. Nobody cares about who gets the honor of being destroyed by Cleveland and OKC. Just let the 7 and 8 seeds in as-is.

Aside from 2021 run where he thrived on being irritating troll vs Knicks & 76ers beating themself, Trae pretty much always was nothing but crappy efficiency, sky high usage and fishing for fouls that often refs in playoffs don't call type of player.
And it's a given that every good team will hunt him on defense and expose his lack of length, lack of awareness as he is one of worst defenders nba has. Both clueless and incapable.
Overall he is opposite of floor raiser. Puts ceiling on your team, kills your defense and isn't good enough on offense to justify usage.

Yes, but those would have been in the playoffs before the play-in format was created. The #9 and #10 seeds are the new participants, and they have been completely and utterly useless.
