In no way would I vote for Banchero here; but we do need to mention that his passing in the 1st and 2nd quarters were Chris-Paul level of quality plays.

Vested for AB because he got us the lead first half then got under Trae’s skin.

Cole for a close cummerbund, very close. He was sensational. Maybe his best game career wise, certainly most meaningful one.

Wendell with the mittens, no need to share, he played big boy ball.

According to ESPN Net Points, Carter was the *best* player on the Magic last night.

Cole hit very timely shots when we needed them.
AB caused Trae to melt down and was perfect on 3s.

Paolo and Franz were both good minus the 3s, they just had to distribute to open teammates.

I'm sorry, Black and Anthony were fantastic defensively. This game was one becasue of perimeter defense. This is not an arguable point for me.

I don’t think anyone is arguing that.

The issues raised was some putting Paolo over Carter for the 3rd spot in this game.

But Cole + Black are the clear 1a/1b regardless.

And to be fair, I kinda share Eyriqs opinion. WCJ has all the physical tools to do this every game especially against these teams and he just...doesn't for "reasons".

If someone wants any variation of these 3 players I think that's fine. Paolo should get soda at the fountain because he took what the defense gave him and found points in the form of assists and free throws. I couldn't be more pleased with his rebounding effort as well. An argument could be made that if he got a triple double he earned the vest.

Cole get vest obviously. Has to be the best game of his career. WCjr and AB were huge as well. Those are without question the only answers for this game.

WCJ clearly had a good game. It didn't move me while watching the game, though those offensive rebounds do stand out as really impactful memories. If I look at the box score provided by Net Points, WCJ was assisted on 50% of his field goals; two layups, one middy, and one three. He drew multiple fouls and got to the line. Only one turnover, two assists. One offensive foul.

Good for him I guess, I must hate watch him as I'm frequently annoyed by his play, even last night, more than anyone else on the team.
