Mostly because Giannis & Jimmy would have clowned Boston & Cleveland on their way to winning the east.

But a close #2 reason was because I wanted to see if Jimmy would still get his same insane whistle as a member of the Bucks.

I love Jimmy Butler, but I have no clue how or why he gets the whistle that he does.

If the Bucks had traded Dame for Jimmy, we'd win it all.

What a bad play design. You had your best perimeter threat running away from the ball into the opposite corner which would have been a really difficult pass to make.

Then very little movement coming towards the ball beyond that. Yikes.

Memphis got some pretty soft calls that helped keep them in the game late, so it kinda cancels out, but I couldn't believe the refs called 5 seconds instead of calling Payton for literally hugging Ja and squeezing him tight when he tried to get open for the inbounds pass.

Yeah, I thought there were a bunch of bad calls late. On both sides, but more bad ones going against Memphis.

I thought Jaren barely touched podz with a minute to go. I think he had the ball with 5 second left on the clock and was looking for a kick out. That gave GS more time, and curry buried a 3.

Then there was the call against Podz on the block that looked like a clear block.

The call against Looney that looked like Edey just couldn’t hang onto the ball.

And then the one you alluded to. That’s all in the final minute. Poor reffing.

I absolutely hate Jimmy and Harden but both would've been high risk moves I would've been willing to take. Just don't this Giannis would have signed off out of spite

I think he would have been fine with Jimmy, because I think there’s probably mutual respect there, and they are both killers on the court.

But probably not harden, because I think they genuinely don’t like each other.

So are there any actual Kuminga believers left? Pretty massive red flag for me if you end up in Kerr's doghouse, and he seems to be doing everything he can to tank his contract value. Inefficient chucker, doesn't try on defense, and the last two seasons has openly pouted about minutes and touches. He's basically poor man's Jerami Grant, and prime Jerami Grant wasn't even that great of a player.

I figure Brooklyn will sign him this off-season and GS will elect not to match.

That last game against golden state was super eye opening for me. GS felt like they were totally in control, except any time the ball went to Kuminga, he couldn’t finish at the rim over or around Giannis. He looked small, and somewhat uncoordinated, and provided nothing else.

Being able to jump is nice, but size will always matter more.

Career high of 34 points, going to need a couple picks to even it out.

I hope they put a stopwatch on that decisive 5-second call for the 2 minute report. Watching it live it felt suspiciously short, not to mention that refs are usually reluctant to make that call to decide a game and will give the inbounding team a little latitude.

Unless it means risking the loss of the telegenic Steph from the playoff scene.

Think it felt that way because it took them FOREVER to start their set.

If the Bucks had traded Dame for Jimmy, we'd win it all.

A majority of my posts from November up until the trade deadline I was saying that we needed to trade Dame for Jimmy. I was trying like hell to speak it into existence.

It would have been perfect for everyone. Dame would have gotten his wish, to be in Miami. And the Bucks would have most likley won the east.

Imagine the looks of frustration and defeat on the Boston Celtic's faces as they are trying to simultaneously deal with MVP Giannis & playoff Jimmy.

And the thought of teams like Cavs, Knicks & Pacers winning a best of 7 series against both MVP Giannis & Playoff Jimmy almost seems laughable.

And you'd still have KPJ as your #3 guy.

According to some on this board we Dodged a bullet by not acquiring Jimmy.

Jimmy seems way more like a Giannis guy than Dame does. Or at least you would think. Swapping Dame for Jimmy (Even if Dame was 100% for the playoffs) would have exponentially increased Giannis' chances at a 2nd ring.

Harden, I could see Giannis getting pissed. Plus Harden is a choker. I would take Harden over Dame but I don't know if Harden would have helped our chances that much at winning the east this season. Assuming if we hypothetically swapped Dame for Harden. Plus Harden, like Dame, would be a bad fit next to Giannis.

Khris and Bobby and whatever for Jimmy would have been it.

Dame comes back maybe round 2 and we are a real problem

Yes, we didn't even have to trade Dame for Jimmy if we'd have just offered the assets we sunk into the Khris trade plus the 2031 1st, but I'm not gonna go down this road again because I really don't want a bunch of "iT wAS neVeR hAPPenING BObbY got suSpeNded sO sTOp TAlkinG aboUT iT" marks screaming at me.

Say what you want about Jimmy, but dude always has that extra playoff gear. OKC is still the favorite but I sure as hell wouldn't want to face Steph and Jimmy in a playoff series. Won't surprise me one bit if/when they make it to the West Finals.

Couldn't care less about tonight's games. Or Friday night's games.
I'm against picketing but I don't know how to show it.

I once thought Patrick Williams might have some potential but I think he might just be Milwaukee Marvin Williams.

He's gonna be one of those dudes who 99% of hardcore fans thought washed out of the league after his rookie deal, but then you'll randomly look him up 20 years from now and find out he made 400 million in salary and played 15 years and somehow was never even a memorable starter on a single relevant team.

That broken hand he suffered a few years ago caused nerve damage and ruined him. He can't hold the ball. He misses almost half of his dunks.
