Why does this remind me of Youtube vidoes of kids spending tens of hours trying to make a trick shot; pen in a tube type stuff.

13 yeras ago nba teams "scouted" Exum by watching him dribble chairs and crossing over girls from his class based on youtube footage.
No joke, ma soccer national champion, team that plays Champions League, 15-ish years ago bought wrong player after watching youtube clips of himThere were 2 guys with same name & surname, they got wrong one
I doubt they would trade Black. Wendell is 5 years older and Cole is 4 years older. You already know what you have with those 2.JF5 wrote:eyriq wrote:Recover a smidgeon of trade value, please and thank you.
Carter, Black, and Anthony all have increased their trade value.

Black has improved nearly every month this season, and he'll keep improving for the next 2-3 years.SHAQ32 wrote:basketballRob wrote:I doubt they would trade Black. Wendell is 5 years older and Cole is 4 years older. You already know what you have with those 2.JF5 wrote:

If you have any real perspective, you'd know what we have with AB.
People say Bigs that can't shoot have no place in today's NBA. What does that say about a guard that can't shoot or dribble? And that was a rhetorical question. No need for a response.

If it's a given that he's been improving every single month (which, let’s be honest, simply isn’t true), then why hasn’t there been a single month this season where he even matched his season average 3P% from last year?
Progress isn’t always a straight line. Sometimes it stalls, sometimes it reverses. MCW had a nice rookie season, never had another season as good as that

46/39/80 in March
45/43/73 in April
I was talking about his ball handling and shooting. He even looks like he improved his vertical and is dunking easier. His FT shooting has improved. He will get stronger the next couple of seasons and be able to get into players more on defense.

Your numbers are just wrong. In April, Black was shooting 41/33/78 (including play in game. RS only would be 23% 3P)
And my case is a fact. Not a single month he shot better 3P% than last years average. Him "improving every month" is nothing you can back up statwise.

Got it, yours includes the play-in game, while the 33% I mentioned is just regular season. Let’s see how it holds up this month. So far, in all six completed months, he’s been below last season’s average.
That said, I honestly don’t put much weight into stats from the final month of the regular season. Most teams aren’t really trying anymore. I still remember RJ putting up like 15 PPG and getting Rookie of the Month, people around here were convinced he was a future star and our starting SG for years to come

I thought any potential he had was at PG. He wasn't big enough to play SG.CarraT wrote:basketballRob wrote:I wasn't a fan of Barrett when I realized he was an undersized SFCarraT wrote:

Can't shoot or dribble? That's the "real perspective"? And you Stan hard for Cole. I don't understand your perspective.SHAQ32 wrote:basketballRob wrote:I doubt they would trade Black. Wendell is 5 years older and Cole is 4 years older. You already know what you have with those 2.JF5 wrote:
