Coby is streaky. At the right price he's fine.

Either way the team needs more talent and has needed it for awhile.

Bulls could’ve had multiple picks for LaVine, Coby, Caruso, Ball—not to mention much better lottery odds. Instead they have a mediocre core and low lottery picks. Mediocrity begets mediocrity.

I'm not saying he's great, but I remember some posters saying that Herro shouldn't have been an all-star and that he's not better than Zach.

Not surprised at the result, but I’m disappointed in the lackluster performance. Would have liked to have put up a better fight.

This current bunch is terrible and needs to be broken up. Everyone is available for trade.

Coby might be struggling but we won't pay him next year anyway so a year of seeing if he and Giddey can play together will be great.
Giddey is legit. I really hope he's back. I don't think he's worth the max as some have suggested, but I do think he's worth a lot.
Buz is solid. Excited to have these three be the centerpieces for next year. That's a fun team that could inch up to the 3-4-5-6-7-8 seed.

This loss stings because its on the D. We know we need D. That's what I will be looking for at pick 12/13 and in FA. A healthy Lonzo would help.
Teh refs sure aren't calling much.
I hate how often we shoot and there is one guy under the basket.

We have more TOs than Assists and are being doubled up in turnovers. A really bad defensive game.

This is a good start to the build. I'm excited for what the 12/13th pick will add and excited to move forward.

Dont get too excited… we not only have dumb players, we also have a dumb coach and GM.

White has crapped the bed again, when it mattered.. but Giddey wasnt good either today, his playmaking wasnt there , he was more iso driving to the rim than anything else, just 4 assists.

I pray to all gods, we dont see this backcourt in 2026-27 and paying them 65M per.. keep Giddey for reasonable price maybe, Coby only for 6th man role around 18M max..

Replace Vuc with a defensive C and we don’t give up 70 in the first half.

Tre Zo Ayo defending Herro are way better than Huerter.

We also need to move Coby. No, that's not a reaction to today's game. It's just reality. In soccer terms, Giddey & Coby are both luxury players -- meaning highly skilled offensive players who don't defend. You can't have 2 guys like that in your starting lineup if you want to be a good team. You just can't. And of the two, Giddey is the true talent. Shooting guards are common, but not 6' 8" PGs who are triple double threats.

Just another game in which Billy and the bulls got out coached and out experience.

Bulliever2020 wrote:this is just a great example of why if you keep this team's core they will be a cute regular season team but never win in the postseason

1. Game slows down and less possessions in the playoffs. Less opportunities to run and fast break teams less effective.
2. Good coaches and proper game planning can exploit your best players weaknesses of which ours have many

They won't be cute in the regular season. They will be cute at the end of the season when half the games aren't even contested.

Try to re-sign Giddey, but if he wants stupid money try to sign and trade him.

Move Vuc for whatever.

Send Pat home. No one will trade for him and we cannot have another season of him.

Coby’s not even a #2. And he can’t do anything but score.

I think you can do it if you have defense at the other three positions.

What do you think Coby should be traded for? My issue with AK has always been that he's not willing to build through the draft (that and he wasn't willing to pivot earlier when it was obvious that it wasn't working).

Giddy is fine too. The guy is 25/10/4 on the day with 3 TOs. Sure, you hope for better, but that's not exactly a disaster. Let's not toss him out with the rest of the bathwater.

This game showcased the utter failure and catastrophe of this org. Pushed for the playin and just got pantsed at home by the team that traded their star at the deadline fr spare parts and a draft capital and whose best player is Tyler freaking Herro that they couldn’t give away. Davion freaking Mitchell pantsed us at both ends. FRP Dalen literally threw the ball to Miami on a inbounds for a dunk.

But Heat have coaching and development and a real system. So while they defended and drove and found open guys, Bulls gave up about 100 shots within 10 feet, turned it over repeatedly, and played completely disconnected. Heat found Kelel Ware, Bulls drafted FRPs Pat and Dalen.

Drafting failure, development failure, coaching failure, and org philosophy failure (Heat traded stars even when in playing range because the goal is a title).

GarPax level performance is a freaking pipe dream for this org. I’d say saving grace is a shot at the lottery and Flagg, but this crao org doesn’t deserve it.
