Nuggets defense has come alive in the second half, but Ty Lue made some crazy coaching moves.

"I'm going to save my challenge" is the most inane, common coaching decision. You should use it on the plays with the highest possible return even if they come earlier in the game.

MPJ has been benched about half the games this season if it's been close at the end of 4th. It's nothing new. But I agree he should/will be probably traded.

Not an easy game to accept 27 Denver points off Clippers turnovers, Kawhi **** game, Powell no show. Still had tons of chances to win.

My takeaway from this game is the same one I had going into the series Clippers have a way better team but the Nuggets have by far the best player.

He’s been lighting up the Nuggets for a decade. Whether with Portland, Toronto or LA, he always seems to torch Denver. Glad he’s off for once, hopefully he loses confidence for the next game too lol

Also watching this game, just a reminder what a horrific job Denver has done with this roster.

Murray is still a ridiculously high USG guy that just takes horrible shots all game long and gets subbed out for defensive possessions. And I’m not sure MPJ even played 10 minutes in the 2nd half.

Not really. Harden came up huge in the clutch. Jokic was pretty bad in the clutch and did realistically nothing besides those 2 fts at the end. He missed his 2 fts and 3 to end regulation

So what if he missed some shots? That means he was bad? It's a little more complex than that, and no, no one will say he was clutch in this game, but he was still damn good. 29/9/10 with 3 steals, 1 block and only 2 TOs. Also, +10 in the game. That was a good game from him. Not great, but good. Harden and Zubac also played well, Kawhi, not so much.

Harden is the best player for the Clippers and is expected to deliver the gaudy numbers. Obviously an all-time great, but to become a champion (and to survive this first round vs the Nuggets) he has to step up and make the right plays in the clutch, or he’ll never be on that elite Steph level.

Again, a great player but just a tad bit below a level than the game’s champions because of some late game booboos.

Denver really needs a playable 9th guy but they just can't ever be counted out with MVP Jokic and with Bubble Murray as a potential appearance.

They looked absolutely pathetic early on and still won. Wow.

First NBA game I’ve watched this season. Was weird seeing all these new names on the Clippers team.

Jokic is still just a flat out freak. Murray is still a pain to watch. Russ with some big time plays to close out the game.

Ya first full game I’ve watched start to finish this year. I tried watching a couple Magic games to start the year but always just ended up switching the channel by half time. Just been watching NFL and college ball instead all season.

You guys can't be real humans, there's no way. Not only was he the Clippers' best player by far, he almost carried them to a win with Kawhi nowhere to be found.

He hit a floater to tie the game in regulation, was the one guarding Westbrook on that last possesion in regulation too(LOL) and hit a transition 3 with 26 seconds to go in OT to cut the lead to 1. He played good defense on that wild Westbrook attempt at the end of the game again(LOLx2) but Gordon got the rebound.
