Does Horst survive regardless of what happens? Khris and AJ for Kuz looks pretty damn rough. I know Khris’ value wasn’t great but Kuz looks like a straight negative. He’s lucky he turned MJB into Scoot.

Yeah, it's definitely close between the two because of how we use him. Think he could be a much more useful player with a smaller/different role.

I honestly get a weird feeling that the Kuz deal was more of a Doc idea than Horst. Not to say Horst is free of any criticism but his power seems limited after the owners went over his head to hire Doc over Horsts preferred option, Atkinson.
That being said, we probably need a fresh perspective in the GM seat. I just worry it's going to be Doc as POBO and we end up way worse off than if we just stuck with Horst.

I swear some folk are only seeing this team for the first time. We’ve been atrocious all year. Winning this was always going to be difficult against a very good Indy team.
While not over, it’s naive to think we’re the better team.

Many pine for them but I'd pass
I'm against picketing but I don't know how to show it.

it makes me every year we have a guy like Giannis gather so much gravity and we can't make them pay by shooting 40%+ from 3. so many games we shoot sub 25% as a team

Re: PG Pacers - Bucks Drop Game 1
Only got to page 6 so maybe this has been covered.
I’m wondering about all of the “look what happens when you give the ball to Giannis” over the past few weeks… this game felt like traditional bad Bucks playoffs. Stand around and let Giannis do his thing.
Today’s issue wasn’t just Giannis not passing, It was Gianni’s taking what was offered to him. Seems like the Pacers decided to take away the Buck’s handoff ball movement offense and then tighten up on outside shooters. They sat on Giannis’s preferred kick-outs and dated people into the paint.
At the same time, there was a pretty soft underbelly to if the abu is got there m. Lopez had a couple of awkwardly successful drives to the rim, but maybe KPJ, Sims or bizarro Kuzma might have more consistent luck diving to the rim off of Giannis.
On the other side, drop defense and slow wings are problems. Also, allowing easy ball movement for open 3s on the road didn’t work in the regular season. Not surprised that was the ticket to a blowout loss today.
Finally, was that Doc or Carlyle’s doing to get AJ Green on post defense positions, He held up pretty well, but that’s a minor victory in the grand scheme of the game.
I don’t have answers.

Re: PG Pacers - Bucks Drop Game 1
Anti Kuzma dudes think we need less Kuz but we need better Kuz instead... besides ga, kuz and KPJ everyone we have is either a plodder or midget... those 3 have the size, speed and length to bother all those 3s they get.. as soon as Bobby is in they suddenly are wide open everytime.. this isn't a Bobby series. Kuz get your head out yo as$

Coach maxed your minutes, huh. What was your +/-
-12, but I logged all my minutes with the cat and she doesn’t handle playoff pressure.
Logging minutes with the cat is the only way to fly

Besides that we have to pick our poison.. when they are at home them 3s are wet.. I'd stay sticky on them shooters.. don't collapseband try to make them beat us mid range by stopping Siakim/Hali/Math etc on their dribble. At the BC maybe they'll be off on the 3s so then collapse

I agree but this is the dude we need to challenge those shots or we're in trouble.. as many kpj/ga/kuz minutes as possible . Someone light a fire under his as$.. idc if he shoots.. we need those defensive flashes we saw

I know teams shoot worse in the playoffs. But the Bucks seem to shoot FAR worse than any other team come playoffs. So many god awful shooting nights and the looks are usually decent or open giving Giannis' gravity like you mentioned.

How about Sam Cassell?
Or we need a 1990’s Don Nelson. He’d run a lineup of:
Giannis- point center
AJJ as energy PF
GTJ
KPJ
AJG
Still probably wouldn’t win much but would be fun as hell to watch!

Dame back relegates Kuz to the corner...
This also isn't a Giannis as pg series .. he needs to catch somewhere else against them

If kuz only shoots corner 3s this series on O we're probably better

Re: PG Pacers - Bucks Drop Game 1
I think the thing im now praying for most is a Kpj opt in with long-term promise, and then use the full mle on a proven guy. We just really need more actual dudes.
