Knicks win on talent again!

We won this one on defense.

Defense is going to the key to our success in these playoffs. I include rebounding when talking defense.

Not just a scorer. Not just a leader. He’s the heart of the team — the kind of player who elevates everyone around him. His work ethic, poise, and passion set him apart. There’s something special about JB — and everyone can feel it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

My Captain!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Jalen Brunson Folkssssssssss JALENNNNN BRUNSONNNNNN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Yet there are still dorkwads on the GB who think the Pistons have the best player and Brunson isn't a playoff performer. Like, how many times does he need to kick people's teeth in?

Also, :blank:

everybody hates the knicks. we will all bite the dust but that narrative will never change. just embrace the villainy

KAT's highlights are so rad to watch. He really did a bit of everything. His skillset and IQ are massively underrated.

OG started taking it to the rack with attitude about 6 weeks ago

Now he's adding a good amount of stepback jumpers from mid-range

He's starting to score from everywhere on the floor

I don't think we expected OG to be a legit scoring threat, but that's what we're seeing these days

This is why I LOVED the Payne signing. The guy is a MOFO, if you're playing against him, you HATE him. But he's your teammate, you absolutely LOVE him. The way he competes is essential for a winning team. The guy has been unfairly maligned. He's not a star, but he's a KEY role player.

Very solid win coming from behind.

Brunson went 10-14 after starting 2-13 or so. KAT had a very good game, I wish he would establish himself more often and earlier. I think the he scored the first time at some point in the second quarter. Most teams don't have anybody that can guard him.

OG played terrific defense on Cade and added a bunch of nice shots on offense.

Paynes shotmaking was so huge.
I was so **** mad at Brunson, thank god he got his **** together in the 4th. The overdribbling, bricking and completely freezing out KAT was out of control in the first half.
Also thought Mitch gave us some good moments in the first half. his and Deuces +/- absolutely show how worthless this stat is.

Maybe…just maybe…we play through KAT for the first 3 Qs or even just a half at least. Get some real offense going. Everyone getting shots in the flow of the offense. And then in the 4th and crunch time we can let JB do his thibs iso Josh hart screen thing

Might fry thibs brain trying to think about that though

THANK YOU.

When we get a proper coach in here to utilize everybody Mikal gonna look like a steal.

Bro is a such a good, weakside defender.

Mikal was locked in. Thibs still made the correct call to roll with the hot hand, but I thought Mikal was super active and physical defensively.

The ball needs to move more in the first 3 quarters. Let OG get his touches, it's obvious now that his scoring ability isn't a fluke. He's the real deal.
