NBA Playoffs 2025 (Poll created for Finals prediction)
Should we do predictions?

Kings going to be looking for a head coach now after losing the play in. Maybe Bud.

Definitely Bud! They’re planning to hire him in the offseason. Great call bulls.

He's a better coach than Doug Christie. Just hope Bud gets a gig soon as Suns again do another coach dirty.

Another post season type of game, another disaster class from Sabonis. What a pathetic performance to prove everyone's right about his empty stats not able to win important games for the team, got completely out-classed.

The 2005-06 Suns will always have a special place in my heart

Looks like Mavs will miss the playoffs. Job well done Nico.

Nico and Matt - the franchise destroyers.
Too bad Mavs don't own most of their future picks as stupid FO is what we need to counter our FO stupidity. Interestingly HOU also holds their '29 unprotected pick. Imagine this young Rockets team being one of the top teams in the league and still getting two lottery picks from Suns and Mavs in '29.
I'm split on HOU GSW series after putting small amount on great odds on the Rockets as part of my betting hedge strategy. If they lose, offer all our unprotected picks and Mavs pick for Booker and Ishbia is smart enough to take it, then I'm all for HOU losing the series.

Re: NBA Playoffs 2025
In a way I pull for Dallas since the trade since I feel bad for them, and think they will be really good with a healthy Kyrie. However, I wasn't sure if I wanted them to win last night or have the slight hope at getting Cooper Flagg. It seems sometimes a team that had misfortune losing a star ends up moving up luckily to get the first pick, so that would be an interesting development, though I think they have like a 1/200 chance. But Kyrie/Klay/Flagg/AD/Lively with a bench of Dinwiddie/Christie/Marshall/PJ/Gaffford would be pretty solid and have massive size.

Don't worry, HOU will get him with our pick. Those suspicions about draft and Luka trade being rigged will skyrocket if it was the Mavs getting the first pick.

Alex Len getting playoffs minutes while Booker is at home in the year 2025 after having not qualified is crazy.

I don't know who will get the #1 pick and Flagg but I kind of get the feeling it will be the Spurs. Wembanyama/Fox/Flagg that's a nice big 3.

Nah, the league will rig it for Utah. Cooper Flagg is white everyone in Utah is white it’s a perfect location for him. The whites always get what they want it’s as simple is that.

Yeah, Sabonis is an excellent rebounder but his stats are misleading.
Like people here was complaining suns didn't trade Ayton for Sabonis back then, but Sabonis would shoe horn Suns to the same thing Kings did....all offense no defense.
All I'm gonna say is I wish Ayton got a coach who motivated him because Ayton 20/20 is 5 times more impactful than when Sabonis does a 20/20.
I think Lakers could make a move for Ayton and that would be awful for the western conference if Luka can maximise him and motivate him.

Both LA teams lost after good start of their games. Let's see how OKC and BOS start today, but so far no other team looks a danger to them meeting in the finals.

Re: NBA Playoffs 2025
My favorite team won today. That is anyone playing the Lakers.
What if the Wolves sweep the Lakers - that would be real nice.
The Wolves play defense, rebound and shoot the hell out of the ball. At least that was them today.
I think they have a chance to beat anyone and that include OKC.

Doubt it for OKC though they are somewhat unproven yet, but healthy Celtics are not losing to a team with TO prone Randle and the stiff Gobert.

The NBA would love a T-Wolves championship. Hail Ant-man as the next MJ. Lakers are going to have a tough time beating them in the 1st round.

Ishbia watching OKC game and trying hard to comprehend how a team with no three players getting paid 150M is a top team in the league.
50p lead for OKC. So glad we didn't make it to 8th seed.

We would have gotten swept again if we played OKC in the 1st round. They were like T-Wolves a team that has our number.

Suns could easily take two games from OKC they did so against the Nuggets few years ago.
