I mean it’s just the same usual nonsense so not at all. He had a very impactful night on both ends.

Bam usually needs to cover for our weak perimeter defenders, taking that into account he had a phenomenal defensive game, also his first quarter scoring kept us ahead of the hawks, with our bad 3 point shooting game if not for Bam we would have been trailing after the first quarter. Not saying he is a primary scorer by any means but people can not expect him to play defense at such level and be able to score 30 a game.

In Spos mind he’s the 3rd option, every shiny new toy Spo gets gets prioritized offensively over Bam which is why he was the 4th option last year after the Terry trade (lol). Now he’s the 3rd option playing the Chris Bosh role, I don’t agree with it and every time he’s forced to play a heavier role he shows up but whatever. I will say at least with Herro and Wiggins being the 1st and 2nd options they actually do have the best matchups this series so maybe it’ll actually work out like Spo wants it to.

I think they mentioned wanting to get Wiggings going early in the game, might be the reason he is getting so involved in the offense, the problem is such strategies need to be evaluated depending on the teams we are facing, matchups and what not, and I dont trust Spo making the best decisions most of the time, specially on the fly ingame ones.

lmao i love it. Max was Jimmy's BFF anyway. these guys are hearing all of the negative commentary about us going to get blown out etc and they just want to hit the court and get busy. Lead us Bam! i hope Spo draws up some plays for Ware too besides 3s cause his shot around the basket seem so effortless not just the dunks
