After all he has done for the Knicks (including leaving possibly tens of millions of dollars on the table to help the Knicks cap space) if the Knicks traded Brunson, you can kiss goodbye to any star player signing as a free agent or want to be traded to New York ever again

In only a few seasons he is already the best Knick in a couple of decades.
