It is crazy watching Dame play defense off-ball. The guy just doesn't want to defend

Bucks come back and he keeps giving the Pacers these small advantages that let them keep the lead

Would be interesting if the Hawks are our opponent (for a few reasons). One of the only teams to beat us twice and obviously the LeVert Niang for Hunter trade

Not that I was concerned about the Magic, but another physical team on the other side of the bracket. Hope they try to play bully ball against the C’s.
I was so happy to see the Pistons and Magic on that side, teams that start fights and injure the other team. Yeah, let the Knicks and Celtics get depleted by injuries and suspensions, we don't need that crap.
So far this is proving true. Magic hurt Tatum's wrist in game 1, he missed game 2. In game 2 they gash KP's head wide open, we'll see if he enters concussion protocol.

Since Brunson signed in the summer of 2022 the Knicks turned Reddish, Arcidiacono, Mykhailiuk, RJ, IQ, Shake, Bogi, Diakite, Jefferies, Randle, and DDV into Hart, OG, Bridges, and KAT.

4 quality starters next to Brunson, all acquired via trade.

Maaaaan, gotta bump this from 8 months ago. Seeing them put it all together in year 1 is wild. They got their butts kicked by all three 60 win teams yet 2 are gone and the last one on the brink of elimination.

I thought Thibs would play an 8 man rotation but he really only gives Robinson and McBride any meaningful role/minutes off the bench.

Knicks have a shot to go to the Finals.

Well at least the Knicks and Pacers are healthy for the ECF.

I've been saying for a while the Celtics were vulnerable to age, injury, and the relative inexperience of Mazzula and the Thunder while a juggernaut all season haven't been tested in the playoffs much more than us - and relying on SGA drawing fouls can backfire depending on the ref assignment.

It's just for craps we aren't going to be the team taking them down.

Not sure why they'd do that. I mean they may have to deal with Porzingis, Holiday, and Horford; but why not keep the rest together and wait for Tatum to recover? Unless the new ownership gets suddenly cheap.

Those are the 3 I'm talking about lol that would be 3 of their top 6 from their title team.

Ahh, well, that was inevitable due to age/injuries although I suppose they could continue to roll the dice on Porzingis given what it does for their upside.

There isn't a ton of cap league wide to dump into this summer. What there is owned by Brooklyn. Then you get into what, exactly, is the market for guys like Jrue and Porzingis if you're looking for salary savings coming back?

One nice thing about LBJ just leaving twice is that we didn't have to worry about how to unload unwanted contracts on guys like Jamison, TT and JR.
