How is Indiana dominating the bucks

The coach is ultimately responsible. I'd like to think a new coach could get more of a two man game out of the two all Stars Brunson and Kat. A la Kenny Atkinson in Cleveland. And use the other players in the flow of offense as well.

I agree he's not a Chris Paul floor general. I do think the next step is to try a different coach. If they lose this series I think it'll happen. If they win and then lose in 4 or 5 to Boston as seems likely, I'm not sure what will happen. The Knicks board has Thibs defenders but I think leans towards the sentiment of their "Thibs Must Go" thread.

Walt, if they lose this series then a lot more need to go. Not just Thibs. You can’t lose to a big 3 of Cade, Tobias Harris and Malik Beasley. That’s inexcusable especially since they gave up all of their picks.

You have to seriously question management if they have another 1st-2nd round exit. They’ve gone all in. When that happens, you need results.

Maybe, but Leon Rose and co have been pretty successful in remaking the team till now. And yeah look like they gave away too many picks for Bridges. But I think they will change coaches, make what moves they can around the edges of the roster. I mean, they were third in the East, they aren't going to blow everything up yet. It's pretty typical for a management team to try a different coach first before more drastic moves. Cleveland being the best most recent example.

They definitely should get another 2 years or so til they give up on this roster. And a coaching change is definitely the first thing to do. But they have no draft control and no depth. Thibs is an awesome coach. I predict they will get even worse when they get rid of him.

KAT was the main culprit in the loss to my eyes. I knew it was bad news to get him. Might look great I'm regular season and round 1 and 2. But I just can't see this guy being on a chip team. He doesn't have the intangible "it" factor.

But I can't see a regrouping move. No prospects. No draft control. Capped out. Have to go deep into second apron to resign bridges. And KAT, OG and Bridges will have no value for lateral trades because they are inefficient max players.

If the Bucks are quickly eliminated....it could mean we see giannis on the move. If so....it'll be a battle between okc and Houston.

And by Indiana, you mean Pascal Siakam, who once again is taking over.

Really great we built around Barnes, and didn't trade him for something to pair with Pascal.......we would have been a contender for years.

Yeah… I’ll be honest idk if building around pascal would’ve worked… simply because of the timeline and the fact that we didn’t really have enough of a roster to compete with pascal… we needed to blow it up…

I think the first **** was trading norm instead of keeping the band together… building on that chemistry would’ve been the smart thing to do…

But it was time to move on… the only issue I had was the organization basically acted like he was no longer on the team as soon as Darko became coach… I feel like they could’ve dealt with the situation differently… also, the lack of respect for siakams talent by this fan base was really dumb to me… the fact people kept saying Scottie was better and had more of a bag really showed that a lot of people really don’t understand basketball.

When realgm is this wrong about a player they just stay absolutely silent and will never admit when they are wrong.

KAT had zero touches the last 5 minutes. That's either on the coach or the point guard.

I will say when we first traded og for Barrett and quickley, our offense with siakam actually looked pretty **** good… it was very balanced, and both quickley and Barrett complimented siakams game well… I feel like we could’ve given that team a chance, but I guess someone got hurt, I forget who and then the magic was over…

Hopefully Ingram can bring back some of that same dynamic we had when pascal was on the team with bbq…

Let's just say I'm glad we got BI because trading Spicy P to build around Scottie is a tough pill to swallow

Ja isn't good enough to be a focal point on offense while being a nothing on defense

It's all just a function of the Barnes cult that spammed the board for a couple years. It's not limited to realgm. The barnes cult were harassing members of media on social media too.

Pascal in Indiana has been a success. Fred in Houston has been a success. Barnes taking the reins in toronto has been a failure. I guess nurse in philly has been a failure too but I don't think you can hold nurse accountable for that.

I could see Pascal get to HOF but he'll need to have some more success before he locks it up. He's such a good teammate and always has a good attitude too.

Dame isn't the Dame of old and for this team to be a legit competitive playoff team Giannis at least needed that....The players on that Bucks team
are pretty bad overall...Lopez also is not the Lopez of a few years ago....They don't have that much depth....Even if Giannis plays amazing they lack depth

Some posters are just dramatic....But the ones that wanted him traded didn't hate him as a player it was mostly due to the team being capped at a certain level with him as your main guy....Even if Pacers beat the Bucks do anyone think they will make a push to the finals? Prolly not....Good player but if Siakam is your number 1 with very limited depth your not winning much....

Siakam with another all star like Hailiburton and a very deep roster....a little better but still not championship material.

Love Siakam but he would never have succeeded in Toronto post Kawhi and it was bound for a breakup.
