Just what I feared coming in tonight. Down by 18. We can't play worse. Well, we got ours the 1st game who needs to try tonight. Typical Wolves.

Won the 2nd quarter by 4 while still playing like crap. Got to win the next 2 quarters by 8 each.

Down 15 at the half, just need to get it to around eight going into the fourth quarter.

We need Ant more involved, we need to rebound the ball. We need to force some turnovers and turn defense into offense, and we need to establish our 3 point game.

We won the 2nd quarter by 4 points. We will have opportunities to get back into the game, but only if we raise the level of want to and start executing.

Down by 15 considering how we play is not bad. Refs does not help and do their best to help the Lakers. But too many players are way below their level, the winner being Rudy, 1 rebound is not acceptable. Naz, Mike, DDV have also to wake up.

Can't focus on the calls, got to come out hard and play through the flops and BS.

All true but why the laughable half hearted start? Do we think it's going to be easy? I don't understand how we can play so bad to start.
We have no clue what killer instinct is. It's embarrassing.

I'm going to tune in the MN Wild. At least I know I'll get a great effort from them win or lose.

I thought TSJ gave us a little spark. May have to buy Clark in for a few minutes to guard Luka/Reaves. NAW must be smoking with Naz and DDV.

There is no excuse for that first half. None. The Wolves have the better team and more depth. I don't get it. Typical Wolves.

I really like the TJ Shannon minutes, he was the only guy who was a plus (+7).
TJ also had a career high 25 @ LA in February, the Lakers are a good matchup for his slashing with their lack of size and footspeed.
He's gonna be a real good defender too when he gets more NBA minutes under his belt.

We finally found a group of 5 guys who were willing to fly around on defense.
Naz and Dante need to get their heads right because we need them to pull this one out.
Vanderbilt did his best Dillon Brooks impression and took them both out by making them lose their cool.
Vanderbilt was about to foul Dante and put him on the line when he gave him that pork chop to the face.

Have to chip away possession by possession.

Our offense is much better from transition so getting stops is going to be key.
We are either going to win this game or lose by 25.
It all depends on the defense getting tighter and the guys all getting on the same page.

I don't know why Rudy keeps insisting on switching onto Luka, with the mountains of evidence that its a bad idea.
On the last play before the half, he did it again, and Jaden was like, OH NO YOU DONT RUDY and went and doubled him and caused a kicked ball.

We need to get our D scheme on the same page.

I'm not the biggest Randle fan, but his toughness and tough buckets were the only thing that kept us in the game in the 1st quarter.
