I'm in Sweden and we not gambling addicts yet for sports, what does live spread of -14.5 entail at this point?

If you bet at halftime the spread you’ll be betting on is at 14.5. Meaning the Lakers has to win by 15 pts or more for your Lakers bet to win (or if you’re for the Wolves, to not lose by more than 14 pts and your Wolves bet wins)

For context, the pregame line for this game was at Lakers -5.5.
