Up until the fourth quarter, Bridges was the only good Knick. Not to make excuses, but he then sat 5 minutes in the fourth and surely needed to hit some of those shots. Yet he had also made most of our biggest plays offensively and defensively until that point, and basically looked like the only player who’d shown up at all. I’m not going to fight about this, but I’m still simply happy we’ve got this player. Coaching is the actual issue. If not for Bridges, mfers would’ve blown us out of MSG early.

that's the biggest takeaway right there. been saying it but if we even lose 2 games this series that needs to be thibs jobless in the summer. this pistons team is not a great team and their roster isn't on the same level as ours. This should be a 4 game series with a competent coach. 5 games max.

If my memory serves me correctly Brunson ICEd out his teammates last post season as well and got a lot of heat for it. He will continue to go back to the means if Thibs doesn't constantly preach ball movement and team involvement. It's just human nature.

We haven't been this good in 30 years. Multiple all star starters. B2B 50 win seasons. The biggest thing wrong with this team is the HC. He's a complete moron. Last games coaching is worthy of being fired.

thibs refuses to play 5 out. the stretch he played with brunson-deuce-og-hart-towns would have been better swapping out hart.

i get the loss of rebounding or whatever but try playing 5 out for ONCE. we have not played it AT ALL this series but it shouldn't be surprising considering we haven't played it at all the entire season.
