Even if Tatum is out I still don't like the magic chances. Tatum doesn't scare me. Nor does brown. Been saying that for weeks. It's Pritchard, it's white, it's holiday, it's horford, it's houser, it's porzingis that scare me with the Celtics. It comes down to limiting self inflicted wounds and being able to hit open shoots/3s. If the magic do that they can give themselves a chance. But I just don't see it. Go magic

I don’t trust us to win even if Tatum sits. Pritchard just won 6th man and he’s going to want to prove it. I think we lose by 10 tonight. I don’t see anyone stepping up. Lights are too bright apparently.

Normally I don't talk trades like this, but we need one of Anfernee Simons, Andrew Nembhard, and Tyler Herro OR BETTER to shore up the guards with Suggs.
We need 2-3 snipers around like Aaron Nesmith, Gary Trent Jr., Buddy Hield, etc.
And we need a Center that is actually a REAL 7 foot-plus Center. Who is above average in defense, and above average at shooting and passing. I don't need my Center to be a 3 pt shooter, I will literally be happy enough with a FT line/midrange areas sniper of a Center.

I don't like Isaac who gained pounds for Center this year, I want Isaac who drops pounds and is lighter on his feet. I don't need Paolo and Franz to practice being point forwards anymore, it's time to get said Guard upgrade to give Paolo the ball below the 3 pt line with a free dribble, a dangerous position for opposing defenses. And our two star forwards will still run enough offense anyways. It's not like we're yanking their development anymore. Mosley and staff, this is the last test to be our Coaches for the next decade, make that team offense run smoother. The secondary test is to keep us top 10 in defense still.

Tatum is the Celtics best player by a mile. Best scorer, best defender, best rebounder. He's a top 5 NBA player right now. And you could also pencil him in for 40 minutes too.

Not having him will be a massive deal.

Doesn't mean the Magic will win though.

Heak, it does not matter if all of their Starters were out, teams don't just roll over in this League.

You don't think if this was the ecf or finals and he had this same injury he wouldn't be playing? He finished the game on Sunday so it's not like he was hurt bad enough to exit that game. I think playing the magic at home has somewhat to do with him being out for this game, no?
