Also, I can say this now; Jalen Green’s game 1 was way overblown, just as his Game 2 is presently being overblown in the other direction. But that’s sort of the nature of playoffs, especially guys without a resume. Over the two games combined he’s playing pretty good, not blowing my mind either way other than his athleticism which always flashes.

For those talking about the Jimmy injury. Thompson gets sandwiched between Adams and Draymond, Adams clips the back of his knee but Draymond also has a foot in front of him as he lands and pulls on him up top. Draymond definitely yanked him forward.

Greens biggest issue is the lack of consistency. Dude has single digit games and then like 30 points the next night. His stinkers are really bad.

Van Vleet has to make one of these open 3's. This is just horrific shooting by him.

His game revolves way too much around off the dribble contested jumpers for someone who isn't very good at those . But I guess if the rockets could shoot, they'd be a 60 win team.

It's nuts what the league lets him get away with.

It's incredible how underwhelming the warriors are without Jimmy. Curry has a lot of work to do here.

GP2 would've racked up like 75 penalty yards by now if this was a football game.

That’s been way less true this year, as the advanced stats show. He’s just turned 23, bit young to have him pegged imo. He got off to a terrible start to the season, but after that he has been waaay more consistent. The last 3 games of the season have people who didn’t watch fooled; he played limited minutes with mostly back-ups and no one was trying terribly hard as they had literally nothing to play for.

Another thing to note; Ime…who is VERY serious about this subject…says he’s as tough a player as he’s coached, has played through a bunch of injuries over the past 2 seasons no one talks about because Jalen doesn’t mention them. In Udoka’s words, ‘Jalen plays through everything.’

Edit: actually thought I was responding to another post saying ~ the same thing, didn’t mean to imply you don’t watch the Rockets.
