Re: Jimmy Butler is an MVP level impact player
it a combination of him being a great player and how bad warriors roster is in general. Outside of him and Curry, nobody can put up 20 points on any night...consider the talent level we have in the league this is insane how bad offensively they are.

Re: Jimmy Butler is an MVP level impact player
He will get a lot of credit in retirement for those 2 Miami carry jobs.
The only stain is the Sixers situation as him being clutch would have saved that franchise and Embids legacy. I always liked him as a Sixer as that team could have been warriors of the east with a few tweaks. I don't even think he really even wanted to leave that team to be honest.
Him trolling Kat and Wiggins in Minny during practice was so funny he gets a pass for that exit. They actually are better players now because of that experience.
I don't think anyone cares about the Bulls situation unless Rose would have been fully healthy
Also the YouTube video of clapping Rachel Nichols cheeks is always on my YouTube recommended every few weeks as a NBA fan

And yet despite the large amount of evidence that spans years, some people will still call him overrated

Warriors made a massive run once Butler came on board and were headed for a top 4 seed before the year ended. They were in the 8-10 range pre-Jimmy.
Reg season too

Luka Stans are the worst, Kyrie, Lively and Gafford were very important pieces in the Mavs playoff run last season.
Luka will never be considered an legit MVP candidate unless he can evolve in a two way player, defensive beast

Tell him to stop carrying Bron’s flopping bum on offense

LeBron is the least of the Lakers problems..he isn't physically able to play the elite defence he once did.

So now you've gone from telling us that Luka was the sidekick to claiming he's the man of the team and that without him Lakers don't make the playoffs.
Your troll game is strong.

Re: Jimmy Butler is an MVP level impact player
I heard he's just another Iggy by warrior fans.
Raul
“The other day I saw one of his games. He was running with the ball at a hundred per cent full speed, I don’t know how many touches he took, maybe five or six, but the ball was glued to his foot. It’s practically impossible.”

Re: Jimmy Butler is an MVP level impact player
Warriors looked lost with him on the floor tonight as well.
What an MVP.
People overrate the Warriors a little too much around these parts. If you really think that team is a contender, I have a bridge to sell you.

Damn, Miami made the Finals with him? Didn't know that. Thanks for dropping that knowledge OP.

Re: Jimmy Butler is an MVP level impact player
I like how we just pretend Butler hasn't taken two teams to the finals, from a low seed, TWICE.
Most of your favorite players do not have the playoff success that Jimmy Butler has.

Warriors without Jimmy is like watching Curry play with a bunch of YMCAers. It's incredibly sad.

Ya Luka gotta become elite defensively like all the previous MVP winners such as Nash, Jokic, Harden, Westbrook, Curry, Dirk, etc.

Re: Jimmy Butler is an MVP level impact player
I'm not sure about MVP, but he's one of the best players in the league. Top 15 player for sure, our season is cooked without him. I've said from the moment we made the trade, it's 1A and 1B not 1 and 2. Keep in mind we had to give up Wiggins to get him, and while that was a great trade, the cupboard is very much empty when he's unable to play.
