draft day is here. I don't follow college players nearly as close as many here do, but still looking forward. Go jets!! Go giants!!! Time to turn around the string of losing for both teams.
God invented war so Americans would learn geography.

https://www.si.com/nfl/giants/big-blue-plus/new-analysis-uncovers-alarming-stat-about-giants-offensive-line-01jsd0d6dk6y?

That is largely why Pro Football Network listed four holes on the Giants' starting offensive line, excluding the left tackle spot, as the biggest weakness on the roster that needs to be addressed via the draft.

What was more shocking was that the outlet’s analysis shone a light on how the starting unit had four positions finishing in the bottom third of their competition in terms of pressure rate allowed, with scores ranging from 4.5 to 6.2%

Might wanna draft OL with 34 instead. JMS, Neal, and Runyan are just not NFL starters.

Neal has never started at G, which is the position he'll play this year.

He doesn't have to worry about the speed rush from the inside, which is his main issue. I wouldn't be so quick to write him off if he's healthy.

trade up for shedeur if it's there is great. if it was jaxson dart, i think i could talk myself into it but for jalen milroe i'd be disappointed.

the real problem with this years draft is having to watch the whole damn thing in case we trade up and the draft just takes forever

true...as long as we get Abdul (which looking like a lock) I think I can live with a small trade up for any of the QBs whether thats Sanders, Dart, or Milroe).

Part of me prefers Milroe because I don't think we will have to trade up as high to get him as Sanders or Dart (Milroe is more of a project).

Dart scares me because playing for Kiffen is like having all the answers to the test before it actually happens and he just predetermines where he's going with the ball before he throws it.

There is so much smoke with Dart and Daboll, almost to the point is this being leaked by the Giants to get who they really want?

I have no idea what proof exists that Dart is any good. Unless he completely blew them away on the whiteboard, which none of us can know, it seems like they are banking on tools. If they are doing that, there are guys with better tools than him.

If he did blow them away on the whiteboard, then why did Kiffin run a Mickey Mouse offense for him? The guy started 40+ games and was never trusted to do anything.

I would actively be disappointed with Dart. I'd have no choice but to trust Daboll knows what he's looking for.

Yeah at this point you would just have to trust Dabolls eye...Mcshay like Dart a lot as well. I don't know, like you said it was such a predetermined mickey mouse offense engineered by one of the great offensive college minds. So like you said they have to love his makeup and tools because the on field always doesn't show up. He obviously fits the dual threat ability...and he is a far better passer than Milroe is now. But I have a lot of concerns mainly due to the huge jump from college to the NFL...and the system he was in.

So all you can do is you gotta hope Daboll knows what he's doing. Unless this is a big smokescreen 48 hrs prior to the draft to get someone off the scent of the QB we really want?

At least Schoen is seems to be level headed and picking the blue chipper at 3.

Dart over Sanders is kind of crazy to me. SS has a ton of questions, but I've never seen him throw 2 picks in a row, cry in his coach's lap, then get up and throw a third pick in a span of 90 seconds.

Sal Pal said he has no clue why Sanders is appearing to plummet down the draft board.

We've got dire needs but if he slips to 34 we gotta do it.
