Trade 1...
Sabonis/Carter + FRP for Ja Morant/Konchar...
I firmly believe that the relationship between Ja and the Grizzlies is exhausted and Ja, due to the archetype of player that he is, plus his lack of availability and, to a certain extent, of professionalism, limits his value. He obtains a star with his own defects, but solid as a rock in terms of availability/professionalism, in addition to having his perfect complement that largely mitigates his defects.
Trade 2...
DDR to MAVS
They gain scoring power to mitigate the lack of points/playmaking until KI returns...with whom he is also positionally compatible.
D. Gafford to WOLVES
They get a younger starting-caliber center and, above all, they clear more than 20 million to retain Naz.
Gobert to KINGS
Hardy/Powell + 2 Future SRP (Mavs) + 2 Future SRP (Kings) to NETS..
Gobert/Valanciunas
Murray/Lyles
Lavine/LaRavia
Ellis/Konchar
Ja/Monk..
The Kings get the new face of the franchise in Ja (who desperately needs a reboot) who I think would be a perfect fit, along with a 3D shooting guard (Ellis), a super efficient 2nd scoring option who would benefit greatly from playing with an elite PG alongside him (Lavine), and a 3D big wing who would once again have more prominence (Murray), and a defensive leader in the center, absolutely elite at elevating the team's defense and covering holes who sets excellent screens for Ja... with a solid bench full of scoring (Valanciunas/Monk...) they would ultimately still be an offensive-oriented team, but much more balanced.
I'm fine with all the justifications offered, but I notice there's no explanation as to why the T-Wolves would give up Gobert for two unimpressive players and a few 2nds. Gobert and Dillingham for Sabonis and JV might work if the salaries can aggregate and might improve both teams but the T-Wolves would be unlikely to give Gobert up for next to nothing.
The idea for the Wolves was to save (+/-20 million) money to be able to re-sign Naz (he will need a raise) and NAW, while getting a solid player (Gafford)...although I like your idea
