Smoke inhalation can be brutal to the internal organs, specifically the lungs and brain. I wouldnt assume he's in the clear yet.

Nothing good happens driving around at 4am in the morning. Feel bad, and yeah, I'll second the smoke inhalation bit, wonder if chemicals were involved in the smoke too . The bones are the least of the worries, it's the brain and the lungs. Hopefully he's okay given a bit of time.

I think he might've been going to the gym... Gil has him waking up around this time in the morning to work out, and he did apparently have on athletic wear, so that is one thing to consider.... Gil used to go to the gym at 3-4am to catch Kobe working out, and that became the routine he taught his son....

5-star USC commit and son of Gilbert Arenas, Alijah Arenas, was involved in a serious car crash this morning.

Arenas was placed in a medical induced coma but reports have surfaced that this was largely due to inhaling a lot of smoke (a specific protocol).

He suffered “no major bodily injuries” and is expected to make a recovery, per Tarrek Fattal.
