Sure, but they were moving with purpose and energy and looking to move the ball. Scheme wise, we didn't do anything different. We just executed it better.
In fact, when Duren was on KAT, we still didn't run many PnRs with KAT and Brunson, but it didn't matter really because we were doing other things well.
So yes, I agree that practicing probably helped, but the players mainly just played with more focus.
I remember Harden’s Houston teams spamming the pick and roll to a point that the game of basketball wasn’t worth watching anymore. This team should at least use it some more.
